Product Overview
Alisply Circular is a crane-handled circular wall formwork system consisting of a galvanized steel frame and phenolic resin-coated plywood surface. Modules come preassembled from the workshop — only the radius needs to be defined on site, and the panel design includes all the necessary components to change the radius without special tools. The frame shares its design with Alisply Walls, allowing quick, simple joining between straight and curved panels with the same GR-2 and Adjustable Clamps.
The system comes in three module heights (23⅝″, 3′11¼″, and 7′10½″, joinable vertically every 23⅝″) and is rated for an allowable pressure of up to 1,250 psf, depending on application. Extra-flat panels (5⅞″/15cm thick) provide efficient storage and transport, and the system supports one-sided wall setups for tall or complex pours.
