Crane-handled removable wall formwork with a tool-free manual clamp system.

Alisply Rapid Clamp is a removable formwork system for concrete walls, designed to be handled by crane. Large surface areas (3 and 6 m²) can be created with minimal space between panels thanks to a carefully researched reinforced steel structure, giving the wall a finish without excessive imperfections. The joint and alignment system uses the GR-2 Alisply Clamp, which joins and aligns panels with only one hand and no tools — Alisply Adjustable Clamps can also incorporate extensions up to 26cm (10¼″) wide between panels.

The galvanized steel frame and phenolic resin-coated plywood face (15mm/9/16″) provide a fair-faced concrete finish, with the option to define texture through chamfer strips or other components. The system is rated up to 1,250 psf, depending on application, with only two ties needed per 3m (9¾′) of height, and it supports vertical and horizontal panel combinations, stepped footings, and battered walls without disturbing the steel frame when Taper Ties or Dywidag tie bars are inserted. The Alisply Quick Core accessory extends the system to hollow shapes like elevator shafts and columns
