Sym-Ply® is a form-and-clamp system designed and built in the USA to be faster, stronger, more adaptable, and more cost effective than traditional bolted waler gang systems. Its imperial dimensioning eliminates metric conversions in the field, and an innovative clamp design rapidly connects and aligns forms in one step using only a hammer — eliminating the need for walers and strongbacks on gangs under 16 feet in height.

Tie holes come pre-drilled and protected with a plastic sleeve, so no on-site drilling is required, and the system accommodates 15mm (50K) and 20mm (65K) Taper Ties and/or She-Bolts. Sym-Ply is engineered for up to 1,500 psf allowable pour pressure, depending on application, using 80 ksi steel, and includes built-in tie-off points that meet OSHA fall-protection requirements. It is 100% compatible with Steel-Ply®, so it connects directly into an existing fleet with no transition fillers needed.
