All-steel radius forming system that adapts to any curve, 5′ and over.

The all-steel Flex-Form® system gives the strength and versatility expected from Symons, with integral 4″ deep vertical stiffeners and 3/16″ steel skin plate providing up to a 1,200 psf system, depending on application, that adapts to any radius 5′ and over. Factory-rolled steel ribs set the radius and bolt to the top and bottom of flexible panels, assuring the correct radius every time — a straight rib can even substitute in for straight-wall sections. Because the steel skin plate flexes to form the arc, there’s no “chording” effect in the poured surface, eliminating the grinding and rubbing that conventional panel systems require.

Panels arrive pre-assembled to the required radius, so there are no templates to build and no bolts to torque on site — crews can start building the gang immediately.
